Anu Adhikari joined the Business Operations Team as Faculty Administrative Officer for the remainder of the year. Anu previously worked as an educational consultant for a student recruitment firm in Canberra and Sydney. She has extensive administrative and case management experience. Anu has an MBA and worked in the banking sector in Nepal before relocating to Australia.

What's the ideal start to a Sunday? Gentle start or a jolt?
A very gentle start.
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be an air hostess, but life had other plans!
What's something you're planning on doing in the next year?
I want to study a bit more in the new year.
What's the best advice you've ever heard?
Work hard and stay humble.
If you didn't have to work, what would you do with your time?
I would love to travel.
What's that you're singing in the shower?
I love Bollywood songs and I'd be singing Bollywood songs from the '80s-'90s.
The ideal dinner menu?
Nepalese traditional food – Rice, rice and more rice.
Ideal dinner venue?
Chatkazz in Sydney, which serves authentic Indian street food.
