DR DOMINIC PEEL


Dominic recently started at BGL after working in the Faculty of Health since 2013. He recently completed his PhD in Public Health and is now looking forward to broadening his skills.


The Weekly Wrap caught up with Dominic and here are his answers to our light-hearted questions.


Where do we find you this weekend?

I’d like to say I’ll be doing something productive, but probably playing Xbox.


What’s the ideal start to a Sunday? Gentle start or a jolt?

Very gentle


What's the best thing you've watched n TV recently?

I don’t watch a lot of TV, but I saw Boogie Man: The Lee Atwater Story online and really enjoyed it.


A glass of something you’d recommend?

Whatever’s on special.


What’s that you’re singing in the shower?

I prefer to shower in silence.


Soundtrack of your choice?

Lately I’ve come back to the Drive soundtrack after not listening to it for years.


Best vacation you’ve been to?

Japan in 2010, I climbed Mt Fuji and ate and drank too much.


Tell us something about yourself that would surprise us.

I don’t know if there’s anything particularly surprising about me.


The ideal dinner menu?

A kebab.


Ideal dinner venue?

Probably at home where it’s peaceful and quiet.
