The Weekly Wrap caught up with Sascha and here are Sascha's answers to our light-hearted questions.

Where do we find you this weekend?

On Saturday on a bush walk and on Sunday at the reopened Australian National Museum with our son and some of his mates.

What’s the ideal start to a Sunday? Gentle start or a jolt?

Tea/coffee and biscuits in bed with family. One has to take it slow once in a while.

What’s the best thing you’ve watched on TV recently?

Not much of a telly person. If I have time I like watching news and nature shows.

A glass of something you’d recommend?

Red wine. Favourites are Nederburg (South African), Bordeaux (French) and some vintage Reds from Victoria, AUS. Mostly Merlot but Sauvignon is also allowed.

What’s that you’re singing in the shower?

“Don’t cry for me Argentina” before I switch to cold. But don’t encourage me – my wife and son say I sound like a cat. 😊

Soundtrack of your choice?

Something mind-focused while marking (too much).

Best vacation you’ve been to?

Italy – Mangare 😊 and the culture.

Tell us something about yourself that would surprise us.

I love magpies and miss Fred from Aranda who walked into our home whenever he wanted. I always talk to magpies when I see them until my son tells me to stop talking to strangers. LOL.

The ideal dinner menu?

Big braai (barbecue).

Ideal dinner venue?

At home on the deck.
